Two distinct consulting areas:
1) Trainer
Custom technical training of your proprietary software. I work with the developers, Project Manager and other staff to learn your systems and develop and deliver content to technical and non-technical staff as needed. I also deliver presentations to senior staff and offer recommendations on software systems that will solve business needs.
2) Techy
The Computer “General Practitioner” That Makes House-Calls! Security, Networking, servers and email. Or virus busting and making a slow computer run as fast as it can. Hardware upgrades, backups and lots more.
Over the years, I have combined both of these specialities and offered training to other techies. Including teaching computer programming, databases, XML and more at college level.
